We (just two of us) spent 4 nights and 5 days on the Larkspur cruising on the K&A. It was a great time. Angus was helpful in every way possible and got us started with some necessary tuition. We had only done one canal holiday before – so were in need of a refresher. The boat was excellent in every way. Inevitably wide and long, but this was in no way intimidating or difficult. You get the hang of it quite quickly. There was plenty of everything. Fuel. Logs for the stove. hot water. electricity, wifi etc. We cruised from Bathampton to Foxhanger and back. We particularly enjoyed mooring close to the Barge Inn and Seend and also at Bradford. We were fortunate to have good weather throughout. Some lovely country and interesting bird and animal life and good contact with some very friendly boaters along the way. We’d be very happy to recommend Bloomsbury Boats to others.
